The qualification has core unit of competency requirements that cover common skills for the construction industry. Completion of the general induction training program specified by the National Code of Practice for Induction Training for Construction Work (ASCC 2007) is required before entering a construction work site. Additional units of competency may be required to meet builder registration requirements in various States and Territories.

This qualification ‘CPC50210 ­ Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)’ has no formal prerequisites for entry and is open to anyone interested in pursuing or enhancing a career in the Building Industry.
Prospective learners will be required to go through a formal face to face Interview with one of our qualified Trainers and Assessors to establish whether the desired course is the correct qualification for their career path/job prospects.
