This qualification is for those who wish to start a career in the beauty industry and is open to the general public which has been designed for those who have minimal or no skills in a beauty industry that enjoy face to face interactive learning, with a high content of practical application to skills acquisition.
People who wish to start learning the fundamental elements of working as a retails sales personnel who can sell and demonstrate beauty or cosmetic products. You will learn to be task orientated and work under direct supervision while opening up career pathways further into the beauty and hairdressing salons, retail outlets and department stores.

This qualification ‘SHB20116 ­ Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics’ has no formal prerequisites for entry and is open to anyone interested in pursuing or enhancing a career in the Beauty Industry. Prospective learners will be required to go through a formal face to face Interview with one of our qualified Trainers and Assessors to establish whether the desired course is the correct qualification for their career path/job prospects. Learners are required to undertake an LLN assessment prior to commencing training.
